Felix Sofia Music is a music composition, production, and licensing company based in Wisconsin and founded in 2010.
Foster Stilp - Co-founder, composer, owner
Kevin McGillivray - Co-founder, composer, owner
Recently, Felix Sofia has been developing diverse solutions for the musical needs of several clients, such as the The Young Turks and Andrew Napier Films. These projects have included music for online video formats and documentary film scoring, featuring a wide range of genre influences and instrumentation. Our main goal in these projects has been to create music that is distinct and identifiable with each of our clients' brands, transcends typical conventions, and supports the function of the video content.

| 05/30/11 | The Furtherfield "Made Real" gallery opening was successful. Here's a blog post about the exhibition and our involvement with the project. Other related links: Furtherfield Gallery, Wikipedia Art, Made Real Exhibition, Scott Kildall, and Nathaniel Stern. |
| 05/25/11 | We're safely in London helping out at the Furtherfield gallery to set up the Made Real exhibition featuring Wikipedia Art and other works by Scott Kildall and Nathaniel Stern. Also, Foster doesn't believe in jet lag. |
| 03/30/11 | Check out the music player for updated versions of each of our music selections. |
| 01/26/11 | After a few weeks of exciting international adventures, we are back and ready to start producing more music. To kick off 2011, we've added a new anthem in honor of the mighty TYT Army to the music player. The Young Turks are too strong! |
| 12/22/10 | Two new videos are available from The Young Turks featuring our music. This gives a brief history of The Young Turks, and this one highlights their founder, Cenk Uygur. Also, be sure to check back soon for a couple of fresh tunes. |
| 12/06/10 | We now have a Bandcamp page where more new recordings are available for streaming and download. Click it, if you dare. You never know what surprises lurk beyond the next hyperlink. It could be wintery themed music that makes you want to put on a sweater or a miniature electronic symphony dedicated to things that happen after midnight. |
| 11/24/10 | A new recording, Stonefly, is now in the music player. No one writes tragedies about bugs, but they lead relatively tragic lives. More music will be up in a few days, after we refuel our brains with turkey meat and pumpkin pie. But don't expect any Black Friday deals from us; it doesn't get any cheaper than songs about bugs. Happy bug awareness week. |
| 11/16/10 | We recently completed a few recordings for Jump Off, a fun and creative iPhone game! The writing process featured much jumping over audio cables and general vertical activities. Jump Off is Felix Sofia approved, highly addicting, and cheaper than the arcade. Check out the game to hear some of the music. |
| 10/31/10 | Check out the results of our most recent writing session in the music player! The new tracks are Silver and Ink and Before the Break. They were written as a part of Andrew Napier's documentary, Mary and Bill. More coming soon, probably inspired by political cartoons, way too much Halloween candy, and things that start with the letter B. And remember, folks, it all comes back to context. |
